What is included
Prices are in Euro and are based on double occupancy. Single occupancy prices are available, upon request.

Booking Information
To make a reservation, you need to fill out the form you find in the REGISTRATION page
In the registration form you will need to specify:

Your details.
-
Name and email of the people coming with you.

Your accommodation preferences (double or single room; double or twin beds).

Your payment preferences (bank money transfer or PayPal).
-
Name of the other people you may pay for.

If you are part of a group and people are paying separately, we must have the proper email address of anyone that intends to pay for him or herself.
Payment
Upon receipt of your online registration form, we guarantee your reservation only for 7 days in order to give you the time to make the payment. If we don’t receive your payment by this date we won’t be able to guarantee your space in the program or the services you requested.
After you register on our website, we send you an email with our bank account information or with a PayPal payment request link, according to what you indicated as your payment preference. In the email we also confirm you the services you requested and the cost of what you are buying.
• If you pay through bank money transfer, we ask you to send a receipt of your bank money transfer via email or via fax (+39 0832 300 002) with a clear indication of the following details:
- account holder’s name and account number (including bank details);
- full name, address, email, phone number of all the people the payment was made for;
- amount that was transferred;
- date when you made the transfer;
- account number and bank details where the money was sent (which correspond to Stile Mediterraneo’s details).
• If you pay through Paypal, you first need to register at the www.paypal.com website.
In order to make the payment you need to use the PayPal payment request link that we send you upon receipt of your online registration form.
Please remember that if people in your group are paying separately, we must have the proper email address of anyone that intends to pay for him or herself. Paypal links are not forwardable and we need to send a specific PayPal payment request link to each of them.
PayPal allows you to make a payment online using your credit card. It is a secure, easy and fast service. It is free of charge and allows you to make payments in your currency.
Deposit & Final Payment
We require a deposit of 30% of the total amount per person to confirm all services. Final payment is due 60 days before the program start date. For reservations made within 60 days of the start date, we require you to pay the entire cost at the time of booking.
Upon receipt of your deposit (or of the fax/email confirming your money transfer), we consider the reservation completed and we send you an email confirming that you have your place secured.
We will also email you a much better detailed program of the activities or events you registered for.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the final payment will be refunded as follows:
• Between 31-60 days of program start date: we deduct the deposit from the payment received
• between 30 days and the program start date: No refund
A deposit and final payment cannot be applied to another program date. Therefore, a change of program date will be treated as a cancellation. However, Stile Mediterraneo will allow you, free of charge, to change the name of the person attending the events you confirmed.
Travel Insurance
We strongly urge you to purchase a separate insurance which covers cancellation due to medical reasons, default and/or airline strike, weather, as well as accident, health and baggage and personal effects loss or damage.
Legal Liability
Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you all terms and conditions regarding our program.
Before your arrival you must sign and email us a legal waiver freeing Stile Mediterraneo and its staff from any legal liability.
Stile Mediterraneo and its staff shall not be responsible for any expense or liability resulting from fire, labor disputes, war, acts of terrorism, government restraints, weather conditions, sickness, pilferage or any other cause beyond their control.
There will be no refund for the activities within the program that you might miss for any reason or decide not to take.
Stile Mediterraneo may cancel any program at any time before departure for any reason, including insufficient participants to operate the program. If we cancel a program, we will refund all deposits and payments in full. We will make every effort to find a suitable replacement, but our liability is limited to a full refund of payment rendered. Any related travel costs will not be reimbursed.
If program variances occur due to availability and factors beyond our control, Stile Mediterraneo may, in its sole discretion, substitute a service or good of similar quality for any stated program.
