Getting Around
The best way to visit Puglia is by car, so we advise you to rent you at the airport. The Stile Mediterraneo house is 10 min drive from Lecce. As an alternative to renting a car, please keep in mind that the Stile Mediterraneo House is located 1 block away from the train station which gets you to Lecce downtown in about 10 minutes. There will also be bikes available for those who prefer riding around the beautiful countryside or to the white sandy beaches. The Stile Mediterraneo House is 1 km away from the countryside and 6 km away from the beach. Also please consider that the Stile Mediterraneo house is located in the historical center of a small village. Everything is walking distance and you won't need a car if you plan to rest at our B&B.
In case you still prefer renting your own car, Bari and Brindisi airports have offices of several major rental agencies. Some of the best rates are from Maggiore, a partner of National and Alamo.
