Every experience offered by Stile Mediterraneo is a way to get to the heart of the Puglia culture: not only through the food and wine, but also through the people, colors, traditions and rich history of this land. Cinzia and Marika are truly native from Puglia and everything they teach is what they learnt from their grandparents and family; everything they show is something you don't find in the tourist guide books!
Stile Mediterraneo Cooking and Wine School offers cooking classes, which may include wine tours, artisans and markets tours. Classes are available every week, year round and may last from one day to four weeks. Classes are in English, hands on and can be private (on request; little extra will be added) or for small groups (up to 6 people). They may be held at the Stile Mediterraneo Cooking School or at any other location we can refer you to: beautiful villas with a pool, elegant farmhouses with spa and golf, boutique hotels, luxurious boats in Puglia.
Stile Mediterraneo also operates locally for International Tour Operators organizing set date week-long culinary and wine tours in Puglia for small groups of people (up to 12 / 14 people).
