You will learn by doing about the wonderful Mediterranean cuisine of Puglia, the excellent wines and olive oils produced in Puglia.

You will immersed yourself in a very authentic experience with the local people from Puglia. Cinzia and Marika, two sisters native to Lecce in Puglia, will guide you through the cooking classes, market tours and wine tours. Both Cinzia and Marika speak fluent English and French and will tell you about the traditional and authentic Mediterranean food and wines of Puglia and Southern Italy, showing aspects that only locals know. Marika is also a Cardiologist. Cinzia is also a professional wine sommelier and certified extra virgin olive oil.

It will be a very personal experience because all cooking classes and wine tours are for small groups (up to 6 people) so that Cinzia and Marika can provide the most personal attention to everybody.

Cinzia and Marika carefully design every single detail in order to provide unique and first class services. You will not just be stuck in a kitchen for a week. We optimize your time in the kitchen with lots of preparation on our side (i.e. you don't need to know how to wash vegetables!!) so that in addition to cooking lots of recipes, you also visit beautiful markets, go to best cheese and mozzarella artisans, visit excellent wineries and meet oenologists and wine producers, attend extra virgin olive oil tasting classes and go to beautiful towns such as Lecce and Gallipoli.

The locations used for the culinary and wine tours contribute to making the Stile Mediterraneo experiences really unique and unforgettable. Stile Mediterraneo Cooking and Wine School is located in a beautiful historical palace. This site, which was in the past owned by a local aristocratic family, also includes an ancient olive oil press and a wine press.
