Started in 2005, Stile Mediterraneo is the first cooking and wine school in Puglia run by locals. We are two sisters, Cinzia and Marika, native to Lecce in Puglia Italy, with many years of international experience in the US and the UK. Cinzia is also a professional extra virgin olive oil taster and wine sommelier. Marika is also a Cardiologist.
During our cooking classes and wine tours, you learn the secrets of the traditional home made and Mediterranean cuisine of Puglia that we learned from our Mother and Grandmother. What is unique about our Cooking School is that our focus is on the healthy benefits of the Mediterranean cuisine of Puglia. We will pair our cuisine with some of the best wines of Puglia.

From our pre-arranged to our private culinary and wine tours we focus on providing a very personal experience and first class services. We carefully and personally plan every single detail of our classes and tours: from the ingredients selected from the best farmers; the recipes simply prepared using the best extra virgin olive oil; the beautiful markets that only locals know; to the wineries where to taste excellent wines from Puglia. For the accommodation during our cooking classes and wine tours, you can stay at our bed and breakfast which is an elegant historical house near Lecce; or we can recommend select and luxurious villas and boutique hotels nearby our Cooking School in Puglia.
